Terms of Service

Portrait & Event Photography
By booking a session with GlamouRiz Photography, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer fee (typically 25–50% of the session or event total) is required to secure your date.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session or event, unless otherwise specified in your invoice.

• Sessions or event dates are not reserved without a signed agreement and retainer payment.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice. One complimentary reschedule is allowed.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in a forfeited retainer.

• If the photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unsafe weather conditions, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

3. Image Delivery

• Portrait sessions are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Event galleries may take up to 4–6 weeks, depending on coverage and volume.

• Final images are delivered via an online gallery in high-resolution format.

• No RAW or unedited files will be released.

4. Usage Rights & Copyright

• The photographer retains full copyright to all images.

• Clients receive a personal-use license for printing and sharing unless stated in their contract.

• Images may not be altered or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

• The photographer may use selected images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Please arrive on time and prepared for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

• It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any specific shots or moments they want captured ahead of time.

• For events, a timeline and point-of-contact must be provided at least one week in advance.

6. Image Quality & Style

• By booking, the client acknowledges they have reviewed the photographer’s portfolio and agree to the artistic style and editing approach.

• Minor retouching is included; additional retouching requests may incur an extra fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While all reasonable care is taken, the photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond control (e.g., weather, lighting, venue restrictions).

• In the unlikely event of data loss, camera failure, or unforeseen issues, liability is limited to a full refund or reshoot.
